Common questions about my design services
You'll receive all final designs in the appropriate formats for your needs. For print projects, this typically includes high-resolution PDF and sometimes EPS files. For digital use, you'll receive PNG and JPG files. Branding projects include vector files (AI, EPS) along with various raster formats.
Most services include 2-3 rounds of revisions after the initial concept is presented. Additional revisions can be requested for an additional fee. The revision process allows you to request changes to colors, layout, typography, and other design elements.
Standard turnaround is 2-3 business days for flyers and posters, 1 week for branding projects, and varies for larger projects. Rush services are available for an additional 25% fee with delivery in 24-48 hours depending on project complexity.
While I focus on design, I can recommend trusted local and online printers in Ghana. I'll provide print-ready files with proper bleeds, resolution, and color profiles (CMYK for print, RGB for digital). For an additional fee, I can manage the printing process for you.
For projects under GHC 500, full payment is required upfront. Larger projects require a 50% deposit to begin work with the balance due upon completion. I accept mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfers, and PayPal for international clients.
